|Recommended: YesI lived here one year ago, now I’m coming back it’s one the best complex in Dallas, they keep it like 5 stars hotel, you can find the best staff they help you in everything, if you want to live in a good place just lease here, definitely the best place

|Recommended: YesI Love These Apartments. — This apartments are beautiful and really nice. I would happily tell people to move over here. I live that these apartments have activities. I don't get to go to all of the because I work at night. But my kids get to attend them. The over bad thing is when some people don't pick up behind their dogs. But I love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat, Except One Complaint. — Staff is amazing Everyone I’ve encountered with has been super sweet and helpful. I always get a quick response to all my questions. They would offer me water and cute treats in the clubhouse. Very welcoming staff, indeed. The complex is very clean and well kept.
ONLY COMPLAINT I have, and the reason why I gave “Parking” a 3-star rating is, because of the people parking all day, everyday at one of the “Loading” areas between Buildings 6 9. It clearly says “No Parking” on the sign but it doesn’t seem like the residents visitors care or they refuse to ignore. During my move these past few days, I would have loved, for myself and my movers, to be able to park there instead of in the street on the fire lane. I have seen many others have to do the same and park in the street to unload their things instead of in the designated area. It’s honestly just a little upsetting to see as a new resident because it’s clear that this habit has been there for awhile. Even though parking may be allowed in other areas of the complex, if this area in particular, is truly a “Loading Area with No Parking Allowed”, there needs to be more visible signs or alertness by staff to inform people not to park there.
Other than that, I’m excited to live here and I appreciate the staff for making everything so seamless so far. Thank y’all
